原產地於中國南部，為中國獨有特產，在台灣常作為行道樹。紅色的莢果開裂成弧形，退去漆黑圓亮的果實薄皮，一顆顆飽滿的蘋婆果，綻放金黃耀眼的光芒。蘋婆果又稱鳳眼果可食富含維生素A。
Chinese chestnut is native of Southern China and often seen as a roadside tree in Taiwan. The red pods open in an arc. Under the black, shiny skin hides the golden chestnuts. The nuts, also known as phoenix eyes, are rich in vitamin A.飯店種植區域： 10棟
